Wellness is the pursuit of health lost. While someone may not be actually sick they are likely still unwell.
Take a personal self assessment of your health. On a scale of one (1) to ten (10) where would you say your health is at present? Begin by determining if you are above a five (5) or below a five (5); then refine it a little better and say how much above or below would you say you really are?
Now you have that health index number (_?_) are you happy with it? If you are OK with it, should you be perhaps a little more concerned about not being a perfect 10? How much of a gap do you have between where you are and where you would be happy (1,2,3,4)? Now you can have a meaningful conversation with yourself first, then others about what you can do to make that health index number move up the scale.
It’s understandable if you just come up with a blank on what to do. This blog will help you! What is your wellness-related question, the one that will get you started, get you unstuck or take you to the top?
Yours in health,
docMIKE

There are some individuals who are destined into their life’s work and docMIKE is such an individual. After personally experiencing the disabling effects of a spinal injury and finding recovery through Chiropractic, following years of mismanagement by allopathic medicine, Michel Yves Tetrault entered an 8 year formal course of university toward the final degree as Doctor of Chiropractic, graduating suma cum laude in 1979.
The lessons learned on the “Wellness” topic come from a long and active holistic practice and from exposure to both scientific studies and traditional healing encountered from travels to over 30 countries in all continents; frequently being published with a propensity for educating people and an analytic mind that simply won’t quit; the outcome is an individual with a creative master mind affectionately known as docMIKE, Manila’s Wellness Guru and Chiropractor in Makati, Philippines.
